Disposable EO Sterile Extremity Pack is professionally pre-assembled sterile drape kit exclusively developed for hospital orthopedic department upper & lower limb trauma repair, fracture fixation and joint replacement surgeries, produced complying with international orthopedic clinical specifications. The complete set consists of outer wrap sheet, split U-fenestration main extremity drape with side fluid pouch, impervious limb stockinette, back table cover, mayo stand cover, side auxiliary drapes, suture storage bag, hand towels, adhesive fixing tape and X-ray detectable gauze blocks. Core main drape is constructed with high-performance thickened composite SMS nonwoven featuring outstanding liquid barrier property, limb opening surrounding reinforced absorbent layer rapidly soaks excess intraoperative blood and orthopedic irrigation fluid; customized waterproof limb sleeve effectively isolates exposed limbs to avoid liquid contamination. All accessories go through strict EO ethylene oxide sterilization and independent Tyvek sterile pouch sealing, disposable usage ensures superior hygienic standard and minimizes limb surgical cross-infection risks. Widely adopted in tertiary hospital orthopedic operating room, trauma emergency center, orthopedic specialized hospital and private orthopedic clinic globally, flexible OEM customization is available on drape dimension, accessory quantity and outer package logo printing.

Core extremity main drape adopts double-layer reinforced SMS+PE composite waterproof structure with compact fabric density, effectively block massive surgical irrigation fluid, trauma blood and disinfectant penetration during long-time limb orthopedic surgery; all accessories are strictly lint-free processed to avoid fiber residue falling into fracture wound; latex-free raw material reduces patient skin allergy risk.
Pre-Split U Fenestration + Impervious Limb Stockinette
Pre-made split U-type limb penetration opening adapts upper limb (shoulder/elbow/wrist) and lower limb (hip/knee/ankle) various orthopedic surgeries; matched impervious stockinette wraps exposed limb tightly to prevent liquid backflow and dirt contamination around surgical site; built-in side fluid pouch collects waste liquid centrally without overflow polluting sterile field.
Complete Standard Orthopedic Extremity Configuration
Full-set equipped with wrap sheet, split main limb drape, waterproof stockinette, two types of table covers, side drapes, storage pouch, hand towels, fixing tapes and X-ray gauze, fully match clinical standard of limb fracture reduction, trauma debridement and joint replacement without scattered auxiliary purchase.
Adhesive Edge & Reinforced Absorbent Design
All limb fenestration edges fitted with medical adhesive film to closely adhere patient’s skin and stop drape sliding during limb traction surgery; thickened absorbent layer around surgical opening quickly soaks redundant intraoperative blood and flushing liquid to keep operating field dry and tidy.
EO Strict Sterile & Disposable Anti-Cross Infection
Whole pack finished EO sterilization in Class 100,000 clean workshop with fully sealed sterile packaging; single-use design cancels repeated washing and high-temperature disinfection of traditional cotton orthopedic drapes, greatly lower postoperative wound infection risk for orthopedic inpatients.
