Disposable EO Sterile Hip Pack is professionally pre-assembled sterile drape kit exclusively developed for hospital orthopedic department total hip arthroplasty, hip fracture internal fixation and hip revision surgery, produced complying with international orthopedic clinical operation standards. The complete set consists of outer wrap sheet, U-split adhesive main hip drape with bilateral integrated fluid pouches, full-length impervious leg stockinette, back table cover, mayo stand cover, side utility drapes, instrument & suture storage bag, hand towels, fixing adhesive tape and X-ray detectable gauze blocks. Core main drape is constructed with high-performance thickened composite SMS nonwoven featuring outstanding liquid barrier property, hip fenestration surrounding reinforced absorbent layer rapidly soaks surplus intraoperative blood and orthopedic rinse liquid; customized waterproof leg sleeve effectively isolates exposed lower limb and prevents liquid backflow contamination. All accessories undergo strict EO ethylene oxide sterilization and independent Tyvek sterile pouch sealing, disposable usage ensures superior hygienic standard and efficiently cuts hospital-acquired infection risk of hip surgery patients. Widely applied in tertiary hospital orthopedic operating room, specialized joint surgery hospital, trauma emergency center and private orthopedic clinic globally, flexible OEM customization is available on drape dimension, accessory quantity and outer package logo printing.

Pre-U Split Fenestration + Integrated Side Fluid Pouch & Impervious Leg Cover
Pre-made customized U-type hip split fenestration matches human hip anatomical structure, adhesive edge tightly fits patient’s skin to prevent drape shifting during limb traction; matched full-length impervious leg stockinette fully wrap exposed affected limb to isolate contaminants; bilateral built-in large 3D fluid pouches centrally collect waste blood and rinse liquid without overflow polluting sterile surgical field.
Complete Standard Hip Arthroplasty Specialized Configuration
