TPE film
Medical Elastic TPE Film is upgraded thermoplastic elastomer impervious backing material specially customized for high-end disposable EO sterile knee arthroscopy pack, meniscus repair & ACL/PCL ligament reconstruction surgical drape and full impervious leg stockinette. Manufactured via multi-layer co-extrusion cast film process from medical-grade TPE pellets, divided into fully impermeable non-breathable version and microporous breathable version to satisfy diversified hospital clinical requirements.
After corona surface activation treatment, TPE film can be firmly compounded with SMS nonwoven fabric to form high-performance elastic waterproof composite drape material, solving rigid & easy-to-crack defects of conventional PE composite cloth when knee traction. All raw materials comply with global medical certification standards including CE, ISO13485, FDA and EN13795, compatible with EO sterilization without performance degradation. Widely adopted by global premium orthopedic dressing manufacturers for knee arthroscopy pack, sports medicine clinic surgical drape production; full customization on gram weight, width, color and breathability is available for OEM order.
