Hydrophilic Laminated Nonwoven Dominates Raw Material Selection for Disposable Medical Towels

Global medical hygiene markets are raising requirements on liquid absorption and biocompatibility of medical towels. Traditional single-layer nonwoven gradually fails to satisfy hospital daily nursing demands. Hydrophilic treated PE laminated composite fabrics become mainstream raw materials, which combine soft touch and rapid liquid locking performance. Products manufactured from such materials need to pass EN13795 biocompatibility testing before entering mainstream hospital procurement channels, pushing upstream material manufacturers to upgrade hydrophilic treatment production lines continuously.
We have clean production plant of 6,000 square meters,with several cast film production lines, specialized in producing backsheet PE film of diaper/sanitary napkin/underpad, and PE film coated nonwoven without glue use for medical products.
