Traditional SMS nonwoven surgical gowns are limited in anti-liquid penetration under high-intensity surgical scenarios. SMPE and SMSPE glued laminated nonwoven effectively solve this pain point via compound PE film structure. The upgraded raw material enhances resistance to blood and body fluid penetration while maintaining fabric air permeability. At present, many global medical device purchasers prioritize surgical gowns made of SMPE/SMSPE materials for routine and complex surgeries.
We have clean production plant of 6,000 square meters,with several cast film production lines, specialized in producing backsheet PE film of diaper/sanitary napkin/underpad, and PE film coated nonwoven without glue use for medical products.
